Advantages of my consultancy approach

For each company and each project, I develop an individual workshop layout, with clearly targeted questions to be addressed. The entire strategic process will benefit from this approach:



It´s crucial to have all relevant people, questions and pre-structured information available in one place, at the same time. This will ensure the optimum usage of all participants time and know how, to really work things through once and for good


Following a systematic preparation, most issues can be solved and taken forward within 4 weeks. The workshop acts as the key milestone during the project, involving all relevant project members in the decisions at hand.


Shared preparation and development of the solution will ensure team buy-in from start to end. This will in return ensure the willingness of all project members to bring the solution alive together afterwards – starting immediately after the workshop, with longterm, lasting impact.

You can avoid lengthy analytical processes, and instead condense the decision taking into a single event.
And the results will be implemented with a new dynamic – because all participants have been involved.

Profile: My point of difference

Having been in marketing positions in consumer goods industries for years, I am very familiar with all processes involved – and also in handling the interfaces with neighbouring functions (eg R&D, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain).
This enables me to consider and integrate different point of views during the workshop, and throughout the entire project.

Over the years, I have come to work with many different companies : From large multinational corporations to national family businesses. My workshop design and consultancy approach will always reflect and flexibly adapt to the respective company culture.

  As I am continuously involved in supporting my clients in real-life decision taking, the workshop take-outs will always be designed with a clear bias for action.
